Blog

Bike to the Beat, a popular bike event during Mile of Music returns for Track 4 on SATURDAY, AUGUST 3, 2019, presented by Fox Communities Credit Union!

Online registration will close at 11:59 PM on Sunday, July 28th. You’ll be able to register in-person at packet pickup at Woodward Radio Group on Friday, August 2nd  from 9am to 6pm & Saturday, August 3rd from 6am to 9am.

CLICK TO REGISTER ONLINE TODAY!

Join Fox Communities Credit Union on Saturday, August 3rd for Bike to the Beat: Track 4, a bike ride for all ages and abilities! There are four distances to choose from (6, 16, 32, or 50 miles), so the ride is truly for everyone! When we say “Bike to The Beat”, we mean it! There will be music at every stop on the ride.

Stops include:

  • Tanners Grill & Bar in Kimberly (turn-around point for 6 mile course)
  • Kaukauna Athletic Field (turn-around point for 16 mile course)
  • Grignon Mansion in Kaukauna
  • Wrightstown’s River Inn (midway point for 32 mile course)
  • TBD (midway point for 50 mile course)
  • 2800 E. College Ave in Appleton – Woodward Radio Group (Start/Finish)

Artists to be announced soon!

In addition to music at each stop, each participant will receive a free Bike to the Beat dri-wick t-shirt and a swag bag full of all sorts of goodies (while supplies last). Please note: To be sure that you receive the participant t-shirt size requested, you must register by July 21, 2019. The final participant t-shirt order the morning of July 22, 2019. A limited amount of extra shirts are ordered, based on our expected forecast of participants, but cannot guarantee your shirt size if you register late. If you register after July 21, 2019, you will have the ability to choose from shirt sizes per availability, after the ride (in the packet pick-up tent), on a first-come/first-served basis, until that size is gone. If your size is gone, you will be able to select from the other sizes available until those are gone.

WHAT MAKES BIKE TO THE BEAT SO UNIQUE?

Besides enjoying a leisurely-paced Saturday morning summertime bike ride, riders will also enjoy various stops along the course that feature live music from original artists, as well as a variety of delicious food from local businesses. There may be some additional surprises along the course, too…

EVERY PENNY OF PARTICIPANTS’ REGISTRATION FEES IS DONATED TO LOCAL NON-PROFITS.

Since the inaugural Bike to the Beat event in 2016, we’ve raised over $120,000 to give back to our local communities, including non-profits such as myTeam Triumph and Refuge Foundation for the Arts. Beginning in 2017, 100% of registration fees stay within the Fox Cares Foundation – the philanthropic arm of Fox Communities Credit Union. We hope you’ll join us in supporting our community on this fun-filled day during Mile of Music!
