An Update from The Mile Team: April 2021

Note: This is not an official announcement, but rather a planning update.
The Mile Team wanted to give you all a little update on where we’re at in planning Mile of Music for 2021. We’ve heard your questions, and we appreciate your enthusiasm as we look to getting back to safely hosting live music in our community.
The Mile Team has been exploring many scenarios for Mile 8 over the past several months in conjunction with the vaccine rollout. We’ve been in close communication with our local health officials and city leadership and things currently look favorable. We are full of hope and optimism that we can safely make a special Mile 8 happen this year. As with a lot of things these days, there are no guarantees. Things will more than likely look different, but our weekend together will still be special.
In the immediate weeks ahead, we’ll be providing specific updates about Mile 8, which we hope will include an official announcement. In the meantime, cross your fingers and channel your good vibes toward safely gathering again for live music this summer & beyond. We miss you! 🎵
