Appleton’s vibrant music scene has a brand-new event designed to attract visitors in celebration of songwriting and storytelling while football fans from near and far are in the area for the Draft.
On Wednesday, April 23, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., music lovers will have the opportunity to curate their own experience by selecting the artists and performances they’d like to see at any of the six venues in Downtown Appleton during the first-ever SongWalk.
Presented by Mile of Music, Appleton Downtown, Inc., and the Fox Cities Convention & Visitors Bureau, SongWalk is a free, multi-venue music experience, showcasing talented songwriters from the Fox Cities and beyond.
Six venues, with six unique sounds. Featuring a mix of folk, indie, and acoustic performances at:

Copper Rock Coffee (210 W. College Avenue) – Fox Cities singer-songwriter, Christopher Gold (7-9 p.m.) All ages!

Gibson Community Music Hall (211 W. College Avenue) – Soultru from Des Moines, IA (7-7:55 p.m.), Nova Scotia sister duo, Cassie and Maggie (8:15-9:30 p.m.) Note: This venue is 21+

Good Company (110 N. Richmond Street) – Green Bay’s Amelia Ford (7-7:55 p.m.) and Fox Cities troubadour, Tyler SJ, with special guest Molly Levine (8:05-9 p.m.) All ages!

Hilton Clubhouse Kitchen & Bar (333 W. College Avenue) – Fox Cities-based, Tom Thiel Trio (7-9 p.m.) All ages!

Stone Arch Taproom (1004 S. Olde Oneida Street) – Eric W. Krueger & Marty Paschke (Leading the Blind Duo) (7-9 p.m.) All ages!

The General Store (215 W. College Avenue) – Fox Cities songwriter, Karli Reisdorf of Natural Satellite(7-7:55 p.m.) and Kyle Megna of Kyle Megna & The Monsoons (8:05-9 p.m.) Note: This venue is 21+.
