King Margo is a high-energy Americana group out of Nashville, TN. Rachel Coats and Lucciana Costa are both lifelong performers, road warriors, and recording artists. They successfully crowdfunded their self-produced album Barely Gettin’ By, and after touring hard for the next few years, they signed on with Nashville-based label Torrez Music Group and recorded their upcoming new album, due out in 2022. Acoustic Cafe's Rob Reinhart says of their new material: “Great stories in beautifully crafted songs with the sweetest harmonies you'll hear this year.”
King Margo also plays with some of Nashville’s finest new acts, including rising country sensation Gabe Lee, Tyler Halverson, and Southern rocker Hollier. With those acts they have opened for Jason Isbell, Kip Moore and played a sold out show at Tipitina’s. The girls are known for putting on energetic, fun, and musically adept shows. Rachel and Lucciana are also avid rock climbers and snowboarders, and they are the first musicians to partner with environmental nonprofit Access Fund.
