California indie rocker Megan Slankard has sold over 38,000 copies of her first four independently released CDs. She is touring across the U.S. and Europe in 2017 to support her fifth album, "Running on Machinery," which was recorded with the help of Nashville producer, Alex Wong (Vienna Teng, Delta Rae). Some of Slankard’s past adventures include opening for Jamie Cullum's sold-out show at The Fillmore in San Francisco, playing electric guitar on ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live” with Jeff Campbell, singing the National Anthem to a crowd of 45,000 San Francisco Giants baseball fans, performing duets with Pat Monahan of Train, touring through Germany with Dire Straits co-founder David Knopfler and being a fashion victim on TLC's “What Not to Wear.”
