Merchandise must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date you received it. It is your responsibility to return the item for a refund or exchange. No refunds or exchanges will be made until merchandise is returned to us.
To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.
A receipt or other valid proof of purchase must accompany any item(s) being returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs incurred for returned items are NOT refundable.
Once we receive your item and your refund request, we will inspect and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 15 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Items will be shipped using the United States Postal Service and you can expect to receive your items within 7-10 business days.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided to us, you will incur the additional shipping charges for mailing to the correct address. In addition, we are only responsible to confirm delivery to the provided address. We are not responsible for items not received due to incorrect shipping information.
