Are you a solo, duo, trio or full band artist interested in performing for Mile 9 (August 4 – August 7, 2022) in Appleton, Wisconsin? To apply for consideration, please fill out and submit the following form. Applicants should have availability (August 4 – August 7, 2022) and have at least Fifty (50) minutes of 100% original music to perform. No cover or tribute artists/bands will be considered.
Note: Returning artists from Miles 1-8 do not need to apply! This form is designed for new artists only. Submitting for consideration does not guarantee an offer. We will only contact you if you are selected to perform at Mile 9.
