The Mile Jam: A Tribute to Starman and The Artist!

A special tribute to David Bowie and Prince will be the exclusive Music-Makers all-star jam at Mile 4 in August! The Mile Jam – A Tribute to Starman and The Artist will take place Thursday evening, August 4 at the Grand Ballroom of the Radisson Paper Valley Hotel as an exclusive event for the Festival’s Music-Makers Badgeholders and major sponsors.
The Mile Jam will feature as many as two dozen of the Festival’s performers taking turns on the stage for 10-12 tribute songs as part of what’s become a very popular songwriters’ salute to those who’ve set the stage with remarkable songs and performances. As with the two previous jams at Miles 2 and 3, the songs chosen for the evening and the performers selected to take the stage will be kept a mystery until the event.
Stay tuned to our social media for a voting opportunity later this summer will allow Music-Makers and the community to pick a song from each artist to be included in the show!
This special showcase is open to 2016 Music-Makers and sponsors only. No outside tickets will be sold for the event and you must have Music-Makers identification to attend. More details to come closer to the event.
