Deluxe Annual Music-Makers Subscription:  

This subscription is intended for music fans and Mile fans who wish to support the festival and the larger music movement in Appleton. Thank you for your support!

HERE IS THE LISTING OF SOME OF THE APPRECIATION PERKS WE’VE LINED UP FOR 2026 AND THE MILE 13 FESTIVAL:

  • VOTE FOR NEW ARTISTS: All Premier and Deluxe Music-Makers who renew or sign up for 2026 by December 15, 2025 will have an opportunity to help select a few of the artists who play Mile 13. Both Premier and Deluxe Music-Makers will be given the exclusive opportunity to vote for their favorite new artists from a narrowed list provided by The Mile Team. We will then take your top artists that receive the most votes from Premier/Deluxe Music-Makers and invite them to fill valuable showcases within the festival. Must subscribe by December 15 for this special opportunity to help us complete the lineup!

  • EXCLUSIVE ACCESS TO THE MUSIC-MAKERS LOUNGE, which will again be a comfortable space for Music-Makers to rest their feet while enjoying complimentary light food, snacks, treats, water and more.
  • EXCLUSIVE FIRST-ACCESS TO A SONG BEFORE WE GO. Exact times for first access will be publicized closer to festival. 
  • JONES PARK VIP AREA (FAST PASS LINE + VIP “PATIO”) Enjoy access to the Fast Pass Line at the bars at Jones Park – an express lane exclusive to Music-Makers, and Sponsor badge holders. Take advantage of reserved VIP area with premium viewing space near the front of the lawn (stage right), limited can bar exclusive to VIPs, and more. Also includes access to shade, seating, and complimentary water.

The Premier Annual Music-Makers Subscription is the higher-level Music-Makers subscription that provides an opportunity for fans/supporters to go the extra mile for The Mile in exchange for a number of cool and unique benefits, with the idea being to enhance the Premier Music-Makers’ experience during 2026 and the Mile 13 festival! 

Here is the listing of Extra-Mile Benefits associated with the Premier Music-Makers Subscription, encompassing 2026 overall and the Mile 13 festival, specifically. Note that all the perks from the deluxe level – both year-round and festival perks – are included in the Premier subscription. Here are the additional benefits provided at this level: 

2026 YEAR-ROUND BENEFITS for Premier Music-Makers include, but are not limited to:

  • MINIMUM OF 10 SHOWS IN 2026 at Gibson Community Music Hall where admission is free for 2026 Premier Music-Makers.
  • SPECIAL SHOWCASES: Opportunity to attend, at no charge, a number of showcases throughout the year at venues such as The Crystal Ballroom, The 513, Gibson Community Music Hall, etc. as announced by the Mile of Music team.
    • Note: 2025 and 2026 Premier Music-Makers will get access to our show (The Belle Weather and Kurt Gunn) at The Crystal Ballroom on Friday, January 30.
    • Note: We are currently working with Jamie Kent on an event, which 2024, 2025 and 2026 Premier Music-Makers will be invited to. We appreciate your patience on this as we work out logistics!
  • TICKET DISCOUNTS AND/OR PREFERRED SEATING TO MILE OF MUSIC BENEFIT CONCERT(S) in 2026. These will be bigger events with proceeds benefiting the Mile of Music initiative.

  • POP-UP PERFORMANCES exclusively for Premier Music-Makers on Friday, Saturday, Sunday of Mile 13. We’ll be offering one “pop-up” each of these days exclusively for Premier Music-Makers to be held with a Mile 13 artist. You’ll be sent this info prior to Mile Week.
  • BEST-SEATS-IN-THE-HOUSE FOR A SONG BEFORE WE GO on Sunday, Aug. 2 for Premier Music-Makers (within designated seating in the Premier Music-Makers reserved section up-close)! Let us know that you’re joining us when you register.
  • EXCLUSIVE CONTENT FROM THE MILE TEAM, PHOTOGRAPHERS AND PERFORMING ARTISTS DURING MILE 13 sent to you during the festival.
  • OPPORTUNITY TO INTRODUCE AN ARTIST for an official Mile 13 showcase!

Subscriptions are valid from date of purchase through December 31, 2026. 

This subscription is only valid for First Songs on Wednesday, July 29 thru A Song Before We Go on Sunday, August 2. This option is great for our Mile fans who may live out-of-state, or have friends and family coming to town who would like to support by being designated as Music-Makers during the four days of the festival only.

  • All sales are final for all tickets and Music-Makers Subscriptions to the Mile of Music Festival – and Mile of Music Presents events. No refunds or exchanges.
  • All tickets and Festival Badges are transferable, so share the vibe by giving them to another music-lover if you can’t attend.
  • Artist lineups are subject to change without notice, and cancellations, substitutions, postponements, or rescheduling by or of artists is not grounds for a refund.
  • We cannot guarantee replacing lost or stolen tickets or badges.
  • Except where noted, Music-Makers Badges do not guarantee admittance to events where capacities are limited.
  • Mile of Music and Mile of Music Presents events are, unless otherwise noted, rain or shine events.
  • Ticket- or Badge user bears all risks of personal injury incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during or after the event.
  • Ticket- or Badge user bears all risks, including cancellation of the event, or any parts of the event, due to inclement or dangerous weather, Acts of God, or other reasons. Mile of Music, Mile of Music Presents and Willems Marketing & Events reserve the right to cancel the event, or any parts of the event, in circumstances the management team deems unsafe for ticket or badge-holders or performing artists. In the case of such a cancellation or partial cancellation, tickets or Badges will not be refunded.
  • Ticket- or Badge-user grants permission to Mile of Music, Mile of Music Presents and Willems Marketing & Events to use his/her image or likeness incidental to any photo/video display, transmission or recording of the event.
  • Management and organizers reserve the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket/Badge purchase price, to refuse admission or to eject any person who fails to comply with the rules of the venues, local, state or federal law, or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive by management/organizers. · Please view Mile of Music’s full Vision of Respect.

The Mile of Music Festival is a handcrafted artisan festival showcasing original artists and their original music. It’s a “cover-free zone!” With many live music sets being scheduled, please understand that there may be changes to the lineups as things evolve for bands and performers leading up to the festival, and that all artist lineups are subject to change. Coordination team members will keep you informed of any changes as they occur, and reserve the right to substitute artists to complete lineups or to perform where other artists have had to cancel or rearrange their performance dates and times. As a music festival fan we sincerely appreciate your understanding of this possibility as our festival continues to evolve.

All venues have limited capacities. Admittance to performances is at the discretion of each venue and is on a first-come, first-served basis as the capacity for each venue allows. Please note that not ALL venues are all-ages.
