New Year’s Encore Weekend – On Sale Now!

It’s hard to believe we’re less than two weeks away from 2024! We have a great lineup of New Year’s Encore Weekend shows coming to Gibson Community Music Hall Thursday, Dec. 28 through Sunday, Dec. 31!
Mile of Music Presents will offer four showcases at Gibson Community Music Hall leading up to the new year, featuring good ol’ rock ‘n’ roll, blues, bluegrass and string, singer-songwriters and more! Music-Makers and other Mile fans can choose from four different celebration showcases during the weekend at Gibson as we all ring in the new year and a new decade for Mile of Music.
December 28: You might call it “the perfect storm” as Kyle Megna & The Monsoons help Mile ring in the new year. It’ll be a lot of old and a bit of new as the band plays from its song library of brassed-up rock, funk and R&B on the main stage – and we’ll fill the time in between sets with music from the front stage as friends of the band jump in to complete the musical menu. (In other words, there won’t be a dull moment as music comes at ya from both stages!)December 29: It’s a Mile 10 encore as we welcome Patty PerShayla & The Mayhaps, Nathan Graham Music, Chris Haise Band to Gibson for a rockin’ night of music!December 30: The Bluegrass Buddies Blender (ft. Billy Bronsted & The Loot‘s Bluegrass buddies, Sheilagh Dandy Leon, Kevin Troestler & Friends, Stef Lee & The Foragers, Augie Dougherty, Bernardo Cano) is a new take on a festival that focuses on the musicians, not only their bands. It’s an artist community-based experience that blends the pickin’ skills of talent from different bands, much like you’d find in the wee hours of the morning around a campfire at your favorite Wisconsin bluegrass festival.December 31 (Matinee): This all-seated, all-listening cavalcade of troubadours will offer a full-afternoon story and song vibe with a “First Songs” flavor, as some of our top local singer-songwriters each perform a few songs as part of the first-ever New Year’s Encore Weekend matinee. Joining us will be 7000apart, Jonathan Fries (of ADAMAH), Amelia Ford Music, Eric W.
